Great accommodation with stunning setting right by Italian and Indian restaurant as well as Oberoi Commerz 2 office building and Oberoi Mall. Tidy and exceptional room, good view of greenery and the bustling highway.

Very arrogant staff!

Ideal central location very close to Malad and the Buffet restaurant and Oberoi Commerz 2 office building and Oberoi Mall. There was an in-house restaurant nearby. The room was well-appointed and with a spectacular view and lovely view top floors, as example, had everything I needed.

The place was spotless, functional rooms. The location for Mumbai was magnificent, short walk to the International Airport, and all the restaurants. It also was close to various business districts.

Nothing it was perfect.

Best possible location for visiting restaurants and bars. A comfortable modern hotel, my first choice in Mumbai.

The service was top-notch with parking onsite. We were met by pleasant, exceptional personnel. The hotel was in a central setting back to the inside area.

Many things to mention - everything was spotless, great food, amazing views. We liked the room, it was new-fashioned and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were cooperative and excellent people from manager to doorman...

The rooms were fully-equipped and generous sized, had shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath robes.

It had very uncomfortable beds, and the views appeared to be pretty average.

The weather was sunny, had nice stay for 2 nights on a business trip. The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. And it was facing the sea. The location was amazing and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Gokuldham Temple. There were a mall and a big shopping mall around the hotel.

The staff were very helpful, especially Mr Sean at the front office who greeted us and provided all the necessary information. The chicken biryani was perfectly cooked and the buffet at Seasonal Taste had a wide variety of food items. The 27th-floor view was breathtaking, offering a great perspective of the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the room service was great. The spa, gym, and pool were all excellent. Highly recommended for a staycation or weekend getaway.

The Westin staff accommodated our early check-in request and provided excellent service. The in-room air conditioning allowed us to cool down and relax. The executive lounge staff was extra helpful. The hotel had amazing views of the city and Aarey Colony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and extensive. The room service, showers, and beds were all great. The pool, spa, and gym facilities were also impressive.

Felt at home, nothing to complain about.
